2. By submitting content on Embarrassing Moments (including embarrassing moments), you agree that you give all ownership rights to the post and content in the post and title to Embarrassing Moments. Embarrassing Moments can do anything with the content after submission, including but not limited to: selling it, putting in into a book, editing it, or not publishing it.
3. We take measures to not offer information received in the submission process, except for the embarrassing moment title, embarrassing moment, and selected category.
4. By submitting content on Embarrassing Moments (including embarrassing moments), you agree that you understand that these terms may change at anytime and it is your responsibility to make sure you have read them.
5. If one part or more parts of these terms do not work, then if allowed by law, the others will stay in affect.
